REBECCA R. HANCHARICK is an Associate Consultant at HR Consultants, Inc. (HRC) and offers over 15 years of professional experience with a diverse background in, human resource management, training, development, labor relations, compliance, and In-Home care management. Ms. Hancharick works closely with our clients by providing specialized project assistance to help clients achieve their business goals and objectives.
