Judith H. Mickey, JCA, CAC, BAC - Senior Data Analyst/Consultant
JUDITH H. MICKEY is Senior Data Analyst of HR Consultants, Inc., offering over 28 years of business and accounting experience which she uses to manage the corporate financial administration of HRC as well as provide project based analysis for clients.
She is instrumental in data aggregation, and has extensive experience in the areas of job evaluation, job analysis and market analysis for local government, large and small business, and non-profits. Ms. Mickey has a thorough understanding of business functions as well as an exceptional capability for using software applications, she is able to merge both strengths to implement system-wide cost efficiencies and identify key human resource metrics
Ms. Mickey’s primary responsibilities include data compilation, detailed analysis, and primary project support in the areas of job analysis, job evaluation, compensation analysis and workflow analysis. In the area of HRIS solutions, Ms. Mickey is responsible for providing HRIS recommendations best suited for clients’ internal needs, implementation of the selected platform, end user training, and first level administrative support for HRC’s HRIS clients which currently represent 500+ active employees. Ms. Mickey’s strengths and expertise also include statistical data analysis for Affirmative Action Plans, identifying key areas for review and providing statistically-driven recommendations to best address and resolve potential problem areas in employment practices. Over the course of Ms. Mickey’s career, she has completed over 1,000 job analyses and related job evaluations; researched and developed over 1,000 job descriptions; developed hundreds of market-aligned compensation plans and budget-aligned implementation strategies, and conducted market analysis for private, public and non-profit companies using public, private and custom survey data.
Judi has earned certification as a Job and Compensation Analyst (JCA) from the Economic Research Institute (ERI). This certification is the only national program available for the training and credentialing of Job Analysts and Compensation Specialists. Additionally, she has received her Benefits Analyst credential (BAC) and the Compensation Analyst credential (CAC) through ERI. Judi has also obtained her HR Generalist certification through the Society of Human Resource Management.
Judi maintains a strong work ethic and high level of integrity, which allows her to provide the highest level of customer service. She is solution focused and strives to provide a high return on client investment by suggesting cost savings in labor, material, or administrative support and identifying ways to capture efficiencies, reduce overhead, and control costs.
